KC NAP was the brainchild of CTC President Graeme Gibson who together with several partners* and substantial input from area carriers established the KC NAP in July of 2004. The NAP is a private facility (PNAP) one of about 40 in the world. It is designed to provide an all IP network interconnect and peering facility.
